Is the free plan really free?
Yes - an individual gets a profile, basic lead capture, contacts and Hyve connections at ₹0, forever. You pay when you need the full pipeline (Pro) or team controls (Team).
Do I pay for the card and the software separately?
Yes. BeeTap Gear (the physical cards and stands) is a one-time purchase. The software is a subscription that grows with you - so you buy a card once and choose the plan that fits.
Are there bulk discounts on cards?
Yes - cards, stands and tags all have bulk tiers for teams and venues, plus custom branding. Talk to us for a team quote.
What counts as a "user"?
Each person with their own card and login is a user. Pro and Team are priced per user per month; Enterprise is volume-priced.
What's coming that I'm not paying for yet?
Industry tools (BeeTap for Business), the Hyve feed, events, and AI features are on the roadmap. We'll be clear about what's included as they ship - you won't be charged for what isn't live.
