01 Who runs beetáp
beetáp is a product of Metaverse Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd., the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. When this policy says "we," it means Metaverse Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
02 What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, phone), profile content you publish (photo, links, contact details), and basic usage analytics (which pages you visit, which cards you tap). We do not collect anything we do not need to operate the product.
03 How we use it
To run your account, render your profile, deliver physical cards you order, send you product emails you have asked for, and improve the product based on aggregate usage. We never sell your data to third parties.
04 Who we share it with
Only with infrastructure providers that help us run the service (cloud hosting, payment processor, email delivery) and only the minimum needed. We require all subprocessors to honor equivalent privacy standards.
05 Cookies and tracking
We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible) to count visits and understand which pages work. No third-party trackers, no advertising cookies.
06 Your rights
You can view, export, or delete all your data from your account settings at any time. You can also request a copy or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
07 Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently remove your data within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep certain records (e.g. invoices) for longer.
08 Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access to production data is limited to the minimum number of employees needed and audited.
09 Children
beetáp is for users 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If we learn we have, we delete it.
10 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we notify active users by email at least 14 days in advance.
