Terms of service

Be nice. Don't use beetáp to harm anyone. Don't impersonate. We can suspend accounts that break these rules. We provide the service as-is and aren't responsible for what users do with it. The longer version is below.

beetáp is operated by Metaverse Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "beetáp" refer to Metaverse Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By using beetáp, you agree to these terms.

You must be 16 or older to use beetáp. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Don't use beetáp to: impersonate someone else, share illegal content, harass anyone, distribute malware, attempt to break into the service, or scrape data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, in our reasonable judgment.

You own everything you put into beetáp - your photo, profile, links, all of it. You grant us a limited license to display it as part of operating the service. We will never use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Physical cards are sold as one-time purchases. If your card arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it. Custom team plans are billed per the agreement signed at sale.

We aim for very high uptime but cannot guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Unscheduled downtime may happen. We do not offer SLA credits on the Starter plan; team plans may include SLAs per agreement.

You can delete your account any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when feasible. On termination we remove your data per the Privacy Policy.

beetáp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-less, or meet your specific needs. Use at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, beetáp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms over time. We will notify active users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
